Multiple actions relating to the Shield and First Guardian Master Fund – November 13, 2025

On November 13, ASIC:

  • sued Interprac over alleged Shield and First Guardian licensee failures;
  • sued SQM Research over alleged misleading reports connected to Shield; and
  • took action against MWL Financial Services, former director Nicholas Maikousis, and Imperial Capital Group
