On November 13, ASIC:
- sued Interprac over alleged Shield and First Guardian licensee failures;
- sued SQM Research over alleged misleading reports connected to Shield; and
- took action against MWL Financial Services, former director Nicholas Maikousis, and Imperial Capital Group
