Brent Young charged with $8m debt-factoring fraud – November 21, 2025

The QLD shadow director Brent Young has been charged with one count of fraud violating section 408C of the Criminal Code 1899 (Qld), and one count of managing a corporation whilst disqualified – violating section 206A of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
