Regulator says it uses insights from enforcement actions to inform supervisory activity and work on regulatory standards.

The UK’s audit regulator has published its latest Annual Enforcement Review 2025-26, providing insights about key enforcement actions it has taken during the financial year.

The Financial Reporting Council (FRC) said the review includes details of some of a number of serious and significant audit failures, oversight and supervision failures,
