Two orders permanently banning New South Wales-based former insurance broker Jason Damien Prasad have been made by ASIC. The orders follow fraud convictions.

Prasad was convicted on November 28, 2024, on two counts of dishonestly gaining a financial advantage by deception. The convictions relate to
