Germany’s BaFin is latest authority to issue guidance for finfluencers

Regulator says finfluencers should be aware they are not operating in a legal vacuum.

Five points finfluencers should pay attention to around competence, transparency, fairness, compliance with regulation, and risk awareness have been issued by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority, commonly known as BaFin.
