Panel at Fintech Connect 2025 in London discussed the role and impact of ‘finfluencers’, and how to regulate unauthorized digital content.

The use of social media for seeking financial education, or even advice, is growing, especially among younger people. The trend has, understandably, led to an increase in the number of “finfluencers,” individuals who use their personal social media platforms to give such advice.

The role and impact of finfluencers was
