The Australian Securities and Investments Commission’s latest actions and news, February 10-20, 2026.

Byson James Kete Turner, the former director of Links Support and Consulting Services, has been charged with “dishonestly using his position as a director and failing to comply with a requirement to appear for an examination with ASIC.”

The unregistered firm provided services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
