Blockchain Global’s former director sued – May 28, 2025

Liang (Allan) Guo, a former director of Blockchain Global Ltd (in liquidation), has been sued for breaching multiple directors’ duties regarding Blockchain Global’s operation of the cryptocurrency exchange platform ACX Exchange.

ACX Exchange collapsed around December 2019, owing an estimated A$22,753,442 ($14,729,182)
