Frozen assets of Gregory Cotton and First Mutual Private Equity – August 21, 2025

The Federal Court has granted ASIC interim orders to freeze the bank accounts of Gregory Raymond Cotton and his company First Mutual Private Equity Pty Ltd, to safeguard investor funds during investigations.

The orders will also prohibit both parties
